The year 2020 was unusual for everyone. The experience of massive loneliness, confinement, distance and sole virtual communication reshaped our life as we knew it.
For Fat Heat, this period brought the solitude of his studio, leaving the whole world behind: the constant journeying through continents and the large-scale mural paintings that were made along the way.
He built his own universe - part of that on display at the Gratitude of Solitude exhibition - through which he observed the absurd, yet still very real events of the outside world.
